Springs & Sons Electric is a family-owned business. Alvy T Springs moved his family from Indiana to Phoenix, AZ in 1962. He, along with his stepson, Dennis L Baker, incorporated Springs & Sons Electric in 1974. Currently, the company is owned and operated by the sons of Dennis Baker, James and Mark Baker. (3rd Generation)

Springs & Sons Electric has been in the current Phoenix location since 1972. The company has expanded into the East Valley with a satellite office in Mesa. The company employs approximately 30 employees and does work in the greater Phoenix metropolitan and surrounding areas.
